How ordering custom boxes works

From the first email to boxes on your dock, here is what to expect.

    Tell us what you are packing

    Send the size, quantity and a photo or link. Not sure about the size? Describe the product and we will help.

    Get a price and a dieline

    We reply with pricing, options that could save you money and a production date.

    Approve your proof

    You see exactly what prints before anything runs. Want a physical sample first? Just ask.

    We make and deliver

    Your boxes are produced, checked and shipped to your door anywhere in Canada.

1. Tell us what you are packing

Send the box type if you know it, the inside size, the quantity and whether you want printing. If you are not sure, tell us about the product and how it ships. Photos and links to boxes you like help a lot.

2. Get a price and a dieline

We reply with pricing, a production date and any options that could save you money. Once you are happy, we send a dieline (the flat template of your box) for your artwork.

3. Approve your proof

We check your files and send a proof showing exactly what will print. Nothing runs until you approve it. Want to hold a physical sample first? Ask and we will arrange it.

4. Production and delivery

Your boxes are produced, checked and shipped flat on pallets to your door. Your spec and dieline stay on file so reorders are quick and match the last run.
