What we collect
When you send a quote request, sample request or message, we collect the details you enter: for example your name, company, email, phone number, postal code or city, and information about your packaging project. We also record the page you sent it from, how you found the site (such as the referring website or campaign tags) and the date, time and IP address of the request, to help us answer you and to prevent spam.
Why we collect it
We use your information to prepare quotes, answer questions, arrange samples and deliveries, and keep records of our business with you. If you tick the box to receive packaging tips and offers, we may also send you occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Where it is kept
Requests are emailed to our team and a copy is stored in a private folder on our web hosting account that is not accessible from the internet. We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our email and web hosting providers and, when you order, our production and delivery partners), and when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The quote forms remember the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in your browser session so we know which page you came from. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Your rights
