Double wall, triple wall and when you need them
Double wall corrugated has two flute layers and three liners. It handles most heavy duty jobs and stacks far higher than single wall. Triple wall adds a third flute for very heavy loads, bulk bins and export crates that would otherwise be wood. We pick the lightest construction that safely carries your weight with the stacking height you need.
Built around the pallet
Heavy boxes usually travel on pallets, so we size them to stack in a stable pattern on a standard pallet with minimal overhang. Overhang is one of the fastest ways to crush a box, and it is easy to avoid at the design stage.
Add what the load needs
Corner posts, pads, partitions, hand holes and full overlap flaps can all add strength or make handling easier. We will suggest what is worth adding for your product and what is not.
